• If the product we send does not match the product you ordered or is broken or faulty then customer must inform the delivery man While the delivery man is in front of the Customer. No, complaints will be accepted once the delivery man leaves the place. It will take 5- 10 days to reissue returned products.
• Refunds will not be accepted if the customer changes their mind after purchasing the product.
• The product will not be returned if the customer chooses partial of the product ordered by the customer.
• The customer must state the reason for returning the product to the Delivery man. Otherwise, Route 7 reserves the right not to return the product.
• Route 7 has the right to refuse to return the product if there is no valid reason for returning the product.
• Returned products will not be reissued if the customer damages the product or the product is not in its original packaging.

Return Condition

• In the order for the products to be eligible for return, please make sure that:
• The products were purchased in the last 10 days.
• The products are in the original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of products made to specification or clearly personalized.
• The Supply of products which according to their nature are not suitable to be refund.
• The supply of the products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of products which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
